SHIPPING RATE

Oribi Organics offers FREE courier shipping within South Africa on online orders over R750. Delivery cost of online purchases under R750 will be at a fixed rate of R99.

DELIVERY

Courier delivery takes 2 - 5 working days, depending on the destination. Main centres will generally receive their packages 2 - 3 days after their order is fulfilled. Outlying areas can estimate 4 - 5 working days. If your delivery has taken longer than these guidelines, please contact us at orders@oribiorganics.co.za so we can assist.

Our couriers only deliver to street addresses and do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can't deliver to your address please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:

Our couriers do not operate over the weekend. Therefore, if an order is collected by the couriers on a Friday, the customer can expect delivery by 6pm, on the following Monday, at the latest

 

PROOF OF DELIVERY:

As proof that the delivery has taken place, the customer acknowledges that they themselves do not have to sign for their parcel, but any person at the given delivery address may do so.
