We only use ingredients that have had the least amount of processing and do not contain harmful chemical additives, toxins or synthetic preservatives.  Where necessary, we use mild, natural (ECOCert approved) broad spectrum preservatives, consisting of organic compounds, in order to prevent microbial growth & spoiling, thereby ensuring the safety of the products.  We do not use any petrochemicals in our formulations.

Everything we create is handmade with care in small batches to ensure a longer shelf-life.  It is important to note that since our products are made in small batches, variations in colour, scent, texture, viscosity and consistency do occur.  This is because using naturally-based ingredients can cause products to vary slightly from batch to batch. These variations do not negatively effect the beneficial properties of the products.

Every organic, natural & botanic ingredient we use - oil, butter, essential oil, extract or wax - has been ethically and sustainably sourced, is derived from nature and selected for it's specific therapeutic benefits.

We are adamantly against animal testing!

Our products are not tested on animals.  Once we have an idea for a product to add to our range, it is thoroughly tried and tested on willing friends & family.

Our minimalistic, recyclable packaging keeps our products affordable and is a deliberate choice to reduce our carbon footprint.

vegan & vegetarian friendly

All our products are vegan-friendly. Four of our products contain ethically harvested beeswax.
