PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard). The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa and all transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Card transactions will be acquired for Oribi Organics via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Oribi Organics separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
The total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Oribi Organics reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. By using the online payment facility on this website you warrant that you are authorised to use the credit card for the payment you are making and that you provide Oribi Organics and PayGate (Pty) Ltd (“Paygate”) the authorisation to charge your credit card. If you do not accept these terms please do not use this facility.
EFT (ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER)
After shopping, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the instructions to process your order. Click on the option to pay via EFT. You will need to set up Oribi Organics as a beneficiary on your internet banking system and use your order number as a payment beneficiary reference.

SHIPPING POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 (seven) days. Delivery charges will be incurred by the retail customer for all deliveries within South Africa. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. If you are not at the delivery address specified on your order when your parcel arrives, you accept that in order for us to prove your order was delivered, we do not have to prove you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address, signed for and took receipt of the delivery.
Should your shipment be returned to us undeliverable, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Deliveries to Main Centres – R99.00 (for up to 5kg) (within a 50km radius of the major cities in South Africa)
Out-lying areas/Regional/Townships – R110.00 (for up to 5kg)
Courier service - allow 2-4 working days
SA Post Office - allow 4-5 working days
Overnight/Special deliveries - to be quoted according to the shipping service’s rates.
*Our courier service does not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports or harbours. Should your delivery address fall into one of these categories you will be liable for the extra costs incurred in delivering or returning the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
The offering on this website is currently not available to customers outside South Africa. We are however, working on making this possible.
RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
REFUNDS
The provision of goods and services by Oribi Organics is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Oribi Organics will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
RETURNS
You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the products afterwards. Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods. You will be required to advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Kindly note that should you for any reason wish to return/cancel your purchase, you will be liable for the returns postage fee. However, in the case where goods were erroneously sent or are faulty, we will refund any return postage costs you incur. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. To maintain the hygiene of goods, we are unable to offer replacements, refunds or exchanges on any used or opened goods. Please note that the return delivery costs will not be reimbursed. All returns should be sent with details of why you are returning the goods as well as a copy of your invoice to the address reflected on your invoice.
* Note: Oribi Organics recommends that you use a courier or postage service which offers a tracking service of your shipment. However, should you choose not to do so, and the goods are lost in transit, then no return or refund will be accepted.
